Summary

VoiceLink stores account, room, download, diagnostic, and authentication data only as needed to run the service, support users, and verify trusted servers. Room owners control guest access, room visibility, and server listing behavior where those controls are available.

Do not include passwords, private tokens, or personal secrets in public rooms or public support messages.
