Live Chat Support
The preferred support path is the live support queue. This page starts a private support session first. Support staff can attach or create a ticket from the session if you do not already have one open.
In the iOS and desktop apps, server and room details include Contact Server Support. That path creates a private ticket tied to the server or room you were trying to join, so support staff can follow up without posting private details in the room.
VoiceLink keeps built-in tickets on the server by default. Devine Creations-owned VoiceLink servers can mirror tickets to the client portal, and other servers can enable a supported external ticket sync provider from admin settings when they need it.
